Really appreciate the help that we had gotten from the girl that helped us. Tried perswaing her to get a Smart Phone. Refuses L🩷ves her old school flip phone. Plus didn't want her bill to go up. First one we tried. Had to many features for herself, to remember and wasn't like her other phone. All because her battery died completely. Cheaper to upgrade instead of getting new battery.... So after 3-4 days. There was one that came in which is like her old phone. Just lighter, and not as bulky. Same brand of phone and features as the original one she had. for years... Was free except for her fee for setting everything up. Thank you snd a HUGE shot out to the Awesome Gerrie. Also was a busy day the time we went. Second wasn't as bad and was able to hook up everything without technical support or calling to have them assist with hook up.

Had a broken phone with no choice but the buy a phone there since my service is here. Bought a Motorola for X price. Unlocked versions online are the same price. After 60 days phone was unlocked from the carrier but found out I couldn't change services to ATT network because the phone is actually -V version which is exclusive to Verizon. Why? Why would you do this? It's so shady and garbage. Anti competitive and disgusting. This review is for all of Verizon but this store sells it too. So now I gotta eat the cost of a phone to swap carriers. Not to mention Verizon is very expensive even under a multi line plan with limitations. I'm disappointed.
