We have been trying for the last three years to get them to credit off the charges. They continue to bill but no credit. We have called multiple times, we have come to the store multiple times. We have called Verizon multiple times only to be told this location needs to fix the issue. I thought this last visit in June was finally going to get this corrected. Was told that the manager needed to approve the refund and they would get back to me once completed. I was given his number. It’s been three weeks and no answer! Now I call and no answer. Ghosted again!!
