My issue was complicated and a half hour and a half. That’s not a complaint, just a sign of how difficult the problem was. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and the most helpful person. She is definitely leadership material. She handled my situation very professionally. She was very friendly and helpful, and I felt she really cared about my situation. Sadly, that’s rare these days. If you need some help at Verizon and are so lucky to find Jennifer in the store when you get there you can know that there is no better person in the entire world of Verizon who could be on your side! All my issues are solved, thankfully, but if I ever need to go back into a Verizon corporate store, I know where I’m going… And you should too. Don’t miss the chance to experience the best customer service possible!
