Was theb told oh yeah thats been ready, come in and get it. Show up, wait a few minutes just for them to tell us the phone is in the safe and it wont open for another 10 minutes. Why's the phone there and not the locker, why wasn't an update sent out? Why's it always such a chore to get anything done at this store? Hundreds of Verizon stores ive been too aeound the US and this one is top 2 worst.
