I had to continuously go back and forth between Verizon and Apple and Verizon helped me out way more than Apple that’s for sure! Even with Apple care. Specially Rick and Santana!! They are real troopers! Rick even helped me make sure I got all of my pictures from my old phone transferred to my new phone! 10/10 customer service. No trying to up sale me for anything. If anything gave me deals that saved me a crap load of money. This specific Verizon knows what’s up. I couldn’t have said thank you enough.

Hoping each time will be better, but no. The sale associated does not say hi or can I help you. I understand sometimes you are with another customer. But saying HI and I'll be with you in a bit is not that hard. Miguel is horrible. No customer service at all. I waited for 30 minutes and not once he even acknowledged me. Didn't say one word to me. Then, came up to me and say oh it will be more than 30 minutes more. Go teach your employer some customer service skills. If there is a negative star I would give that. Unbelievable.
