We were rescheduled a couple times due to unforeseen circumstances, but the team was always in communication and kept us updated. What stood out most was their flexibility—they were able to provide us with an appointment sooner than we expected, which made a big difference. This, after waiting all weekend and on top of the fact that this dog has only been seen at this clinic her entire life. Don’t take your animal here. Also, on the phone the “supervisor” ended the call with a completely sarcastic “you have a nice day” to me. No recommendation as to where else to go. No empathy. Years ago they were great but they’ve gone downhill. Dr. Jagger is excellent but the front desk staff are not good. Two decades of bringing my animals to them and this one in pain made no difference. I’m very disappointed.
