We have been paying almost 200 a month for so long I cant even remember , that's for 2 phones and I just found out we don't even get Verizon's best service . They give that to all the new customers who are paying about 1/3 per month than we are. I'm like WHAT ...its because we are on the old programs or contracts and not the new.. I said you know you would think Verizon would appreciate their loyal followers who pay on time and twice as much per month more than their new ones, but not true. The whole time Im their getting a new phone not once was I told i was being put on a 3 yr contract , then I kept hearing all these other charges, so I asked , whats 30 dollars for activation charge.? She told me to activate the phone I just bought from them due to the last phone I bought from them crapping out their going to charge me 30 dollars. I asked how exactly do you activate a phone is it like tap tap tap on a key board...I got the rudest glare...But that's exactly what it is. Verizon nickle and dimes their customers all behind inflated prices that they can now say half off promotion....they are putting the screws to all of us and loving it...
