In a very short time he showed me the best fit for my money on a trade in. My phone and my wife's phone were due for an upgrade anyway. He was very knowledgeable and professional, I would recommend if you are in need of a new phone that is where to go. He is an awesome person.

He knew I was going to be back the next day so he left a note with his number telling the attendant to call him so he could help fix my problem over the phone. After seeing the note, Ashely refused to call him because he was “probably still in bed.” She then told me the plan holder needed to be there in person, and when I told her my phone was deactivated and I couldn’t use it to get ahold of anyone, she just shrugged. She easily could’ve used any phone in the store to call the plan holder. I again told her that my damn phone was dead, she told me to get of her store for using “foul” language. She didn’t even try to help me and it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. As I was leaving the store she shouted that I should come back when Grant was working.
