Went to the Verizon store in Riverpark Square and explained to Phillip that I needed a new phone, up and running for a business trip, by Monday. Phillip gave me over the top customer service, bringing the new phone on line and hooking me up with a holster. More often than not, buying a new phone is like waking up in a chair at your dentist's office. But not if Phillip is your customer service rep! Phillip took care of all of my rather desperate needs, in less than an hour! I will never go anywhere again for a new phone unless it's Verizon and, hopefully Phillip will the guy trying to help me overcome my limited familiarity with cell phone technology! You were the Man Phillip!
