By far the best Verizon store in Spokane. I was helped with such kindness and great explanations. I was there for a good amount of time everyone was kind, personable, and helpful. If the off chance you have to wait a little it worth it cause you will be getting the attention and time you need.

I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store, and I can’t say enough good things about the manager, TJ. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. TJ went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered clearly and that I understood my options without feeling rushed or pressured—and as a bonus, he has a great smile and is pretty cute, which made the experience even more pleasant. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and it was obvious that this store is well-managed and customer-focused. If you’re looking for knowledgeable service and a team that truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend this Verizon location.

Checked in to discuss my current phone lines/plan and was put on list with four people ahead of me. I gave my phone number and was told I could wait in my vehicle and get a text when my turn was up. Well, I came back about 15 minutes later to check my place in line and there were now 7 people on the waiting list with my name nowhere to be found. I asked the csa at the desk and he only told me he would put me on the list. Remember, I was fourth in line originally and now there were seven people ahead. The lobby was practically overflowing at this point. When I pointed this out, he didn’t seem to care. I actually don’t think he believed me. I think he thought I was trying to scam my way to the top of the list. That’s until I showed him the confirmation text I received when I originally checked in. Oh, now he was willing to treat me like an honest himan being… Now I am not an overly nice person, but I was not rude or loud with this guy. I was just confused about my name being absent from the list I had checked into and annoyed at the way my concerns were seemingly ignored. Since I had the text, he changed his tune and told me he would put a note in to have me seen “sooner rather than later.” Whatever that means. Also, now the texting option had new very strict rules. He said I had to be available and in the store within 90 seconds or they wouldn’t honor my spot in line. He sait THEY prefer that I wait in the store but he could do a text for me. Just really making me seem like a huge inconvenience. I wasn’t happy, but I let it be, even seeing my name now #8 on the list. Came back and was greeted with a very intimidating demeanor by TJ, the “store manager.” He kept saying “what can I help you with” even after I said I was notified my spot in line was next. I realized he had a problem with me and said, “whoa, okay” and he was more than happy to stand by his actions and let me know he knew I was rude to his employee and he wouldn’t stand for it. I knew I wasn’t rude to anybody, and furthermore I was mistreated, so I stood up for myself. I wanted to settle the issue and have him explain how he thought I was rude but he would only repeat that I was “rude” and “yelled”to the csr earlier. He wouldn’t discuss anything with me, just tell me what “I did” and offer to help me with what I came into store for. At this point he did have me upset and at this point I couldn’t trust him to help me with anything so I asked for his boss’ information. Of course he “couldn’t give that to me” so I settled for a name and left. Also, I immediately got him to go back on the “yelling” he accused me of earlier and changed to “raising my voice” which he backed up by saying they are “basically the same thing.” I did nothing of the sort. I really feel like I was picked on for no reason so this guy could power trip. I will admit I wasn’t kissing his employees butt, but that’s not my job. I was trying to get help and I was met with discrimination and contempt. And because I wouldn’t stand for it he doubled down because he thought he could, being the manager in the middle of his store, in front of about fifteen or twenty customers. I’m sure he can make it work with most, but not me. I won’t stand for being treated like that. I will be seeking out a conversation with the store manager.

I'll start by saying that I have been a Verizon customer for 25 consecutive years, and I carry 7 mobile phone lines on my personal account. I online ordered/added an 8th line for my son and went into this store to pick up his new phone. I intended on adding a 9th phone line to my account while I was in this store because I was interested in getting myself a Google Pixel 4 watch. When greeted at the entrance inside the store I informed the employee that I was there to pickup a new phone I had ordered/added to my account, and that I was also interested in purchasing the Pixel 4 watch. She replied, "You can figure that out for yourself on the Verizon Mobile App." I was instantly done at that moment, I received the phone I ordered (which she dropped on the floor right in front of me) and I left. Fast forward to the next day, I went onto the Verizon Mobile App to order myself the Google Pixel 4 watch ("figure it out myself"), and stopped myself from purchasing the watch because of the money grabbing fees that I see. Sure, I can swallow the $40 dollar "activation fee", but Verizon has the audacity to charge a "$45.50 Equipment Purchase Fee". No, I'm not charging myself a purchase fee to make a purchase, which I'm being told by a Verizon employee to figure out for myself in the Verizon Mobile App. I still clearly remember the fantastic customer service I used to receive in the earlier days of Verizon, and it's what made Verizon thrive.
