    I'll start by saying that I have been a Verizon customer for 25 consecutive years, and I carry 7 mobile phone lines on my personal account. I online ordered/added an 8th line for my son and went into this store to pick up his new phone. I intended on adding a 9th phone line to my account while I was in this store because I was interested in getting myself a Google Pixel 4 watch. When greeted at the entrance inside the store I informed the employee that I was there to pickup a new phone I had ordered/added to my account, and that I was also interested in purchasing the Pixel 4 watch. She replied, "You can figure that out for yourself on the Verizon Mobile App." I was instantly done at that moment, I received the phone I ordered (which she dropped on the floor right in front of me) and I left. Fast forward to the next day, I went onto the Verizon Mobile App to order myself the Google Pixel 4 watch ("figure it out myself"), and stopped myself from purchasing the watch because of the money grabbing fees that I see. Sure, I can swallow the $40 dollar "activation fee", but Verizon has the audacity to charge a "$45.50 Equipment Purchase Fee". No, I'm not charging myself a purchase fee to make a purchase, which I'm being told by a Verizon employee to figure out for myself in the Verizon Mobile App. I still clearly remember the fantastic customer service I used to receive in the earlier days of Verizon, and it's what made Verizon thrive. What happened?

    ****Update***** Well I went to sight and filled out the form and no surprise to me......I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE ......I STILL HAVE A PHONE WITH SERVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK AND AS OF THE 3RD OF OCTOBER THE 30DAYS OF SERVICE I PREPAID TO HAVE WILL BE UP.....SO IF U COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE OWNER WAS QUICK TO RESPOND IN PUBLIC TO MY REVIEW BUT 5 DAYS LATER STILL HAS DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE OR CONTACT ME. Never been treated so horribly in my life. Called support on my phone they made me an apt at store i show up to store half hour before my apt time it is now 10 mins past my apt time when i checked in guy said 1 person ahead of me......since then 5 people have come in the store been helped and left but apparently because i have prepaid service i dont deserve to have my problem adressed. This is my first and last month doing business with verizon. Since i prepaid my service 2 weeks ago and it still is not working.....i will go with no phone before i ever go back to verizon. So disappointed....5 employees and nobody could or would help me reactivate my phone. I was told only manager could help me cause i am prepaid but manager checked me in 40 mins ago and helped 3 of the 5 people who walked in for assistance after my appointment time. I am beyond dissappointed

    While setting up my new phone I was astonished with the great customer service. Both workers, though overwhelmed, helped me trade in and set up my new iPhone in a short amount of time. I can confidently say that this was the best Verizon store experience of my life.
