- JCJeni Northern ColeJun 23, 20254.0They do have good prices and friendly staff. I would give 5 stars, but I find something a little strange. They dont have tech support. Its the only cell service I've had that didn't have a tech team. Its hard to get ahold of customer service and its hard to understand them when you do. The actual retail store is good, but the customer service is odd to me.
