    Alan is awesome! He greeted us soon as we walked in , we were able to get an upgraded phone /Apple Watch / ipad. He answered all our questions and concerns also very patient which is appreciated. It can get busy quick since it’s a smaller location I recommend coming soon as they open , these guys want to help so please be patient if you do happen to see few folks ahead , it’s worth it , Thank you again Alan! See y’all soon!

    I had a situation where I was porting my number to Verizon and it ended up in purgatory so both of my phones ( new Verizon phone and my phone that I own and use with a previous carrier) were on SOS. My number ported out from my previous carrier just fine but something happened on Verizon’s side. Anyhow, I was working with Austin and instead of sending me to a corporate store, he let me use his cellphone to call Verizon support while he went to lunch. Even though the call lasted a good 50 minutes, he was real nice about it and not once did he rush me. He set up WiFi on my phone so that I could browse while I wait for Verizon. He was and is amazing and we need more people in the world, especially in customer support like him. Thank you Austin! I also want to give a shout out to Alan, whom checked on me as well as offered me refreshments and candy. He too is amazing. All in all, I would definitely recommend this store.

    Austin and Connor are fantastic! They set me up with the latest and greatest iPhone without any hassle. Loved the experience. They're both very trustworthy and I would highly recommend working with them

    It seems there is always a long wait to be helped. And if they happen to be going to lunch exactly when you get there they will, by and large, make you come back in an hour to be helped for the few minutes you needed originally. That was Connor. It was also Conner who promised to get back to me and a friend who were there for different reasons but both had to do with erroneous high bills, in approximately an hour but before the end of the day. We were told to call him back if we hadn't heard from him by the end of day. On 2 completely separate occasions he promised to let us know promptly about what he could find out with more time. Neither time did either one of us hear back from him. At all. I called him both times, leaving several voice messages and texts, requesting a return call as he had promised at least. Haven't heard from anyone from that store in the same parking lot as Safeway, near the Admiral Junction in West Seattle. Victra Verizon on California Ave SW, in Seattle, WA. Connor seems friendly and knowledgeable, but his failure to be thorough and complete things he starts, do what he promises, and show common decency to people is just not present. He ends up causing one to go over everything twice, with someone who will see it through to resolution, after his initial dropping of the ball. Unreliable, inconsistent, selectively friendly, takes a long time to do anything, and doesn't put the customer in a place of importance, they are certainly not first priority as far as Conner is concerned. I do not recommend this Victra Verizon.
