I initially walked into the Verizon store feeling stupid and inept, and she put me at ease. She encouraged me to return if needing further assistance, and I did return for her to further assist me. I am grateful that Verizon hired her as a representative because she is very knowledgeable and professional in her service. Also, the young man at this location also helped me tremendously; I unfortunately did not get his name. He resolved the problem I had with a foreign e-sim. He was equally as polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you, Verizon!
