- LRLyra ReeseNov 12, 20255.0I’d been a loyal T-Mobile customer since the Nokia brick phone. Truthfully, I never had any issues until I relied heavily on hotspot and better signal with more work travel. The hotspot was impossible…I’d run out within hours or a couple days maximum of use. I was on an old grandfathered plan and unfortunately you don’t get special treatment for brand loyalty. So, I finally realized it was way more cost efficient with better service/perks to switch carriers. I visited this Verizon store location on a Friday, thinking my evening fun was shot - assuming I’d be there for hours because I was switching carriers. To my surprise, Nathaniel was able to not only add me to my partner’s plan, upgrade one phone, set up two new phones with the cases and protectant screens; but he had us out the door in under 3 hours. Big THANK YOU to Nathaniel for his professionalism, expertise and very personable service.

He helped me find the best phone at the best price (essentially free) and was able to keep me on the same plan. Couldn’t recommend this store more. Definitely choose Broadway if you have to go to a Verizon store

He also applied my screen protector to the ipad and my liquid steel to my phone for me, both perfectly. I spent about an hour going through each phone plan, him writing down savings, promotions, etc., and I left with a ton of different options to think about. He said he would always be there when I’m ready and I did not feel a single ounce of pressure at all. Going to a phone store is already stressful and annoying as it is and Austin made my experience amazing. I will definitely always be with Verizon because of him.
