    I am filing a complaint regarding an employee named Jackson. I waited for my turn for hours. About 30 minutes after I arrived, another woman came in after me, yet Jackson served her first, ignoring my place in line. When I asked for clarification, he stated that she was an employee and therefore he chose to serve her faster. This is unacceptable and unfair. Additionally, Jackson repeatedly gave inaccurate time estimates and caused excessive waiting. While customers and staff were clearly waiting outside in the rain, he ignored the situation and made no effort to let people inside, demonstrating a lack of basic consideration and professionalism. His communication was rude, sarcastic, and arrogant. This level of conduct is unacceptable for a workplace that operates by appointment and requires clients to wait their turn. This issue must be addressed. P.S. I would give this a zero if it were possible!
