    Had a mishap here after ordering a phone online for in-store pickup, but Victra came through with excellent customer service. Shout out to general manager Robert for calling to apologize and make it right, and to Michael at the store for making sure I was all set with my new phone.

    Avoid this shop. Talked to Michael Sarmiento that I want to get the $100/mo for 4 lines plan. Spent two hours to find out he only ordered the phone without the plan. Told me no way to get a phone plan before device come. Told him to cancel it and he agreed but got a confirmation email a few minutes after I leave the store. Need to call customer service the next day to cancel it. Be aware of their bait-and-switch tactics.
