This location is in Ballard on 15th at the corner of busy Market Street. Parking around here can be tough And the garage behind it can get full quickly sometimes so be ready to walk. When you arrive, knock on the door for them to let you in and make sure to let them know what you're there for so they can prioritize things for you. Unfortunately they are understaffed sometimes, so it might take a while to get to you. The staff here are really great though, I would give them 5 stars easily. Super friendly, very helpful, and willing to figure out any problem. The biggest problem is their systems - takes too long to go through menus, and if they have to call their employees help line, be prepared to wait at least a half hour. If that can get fixed, they'd get those 2 stars back, but it's part of the total experience.
