I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location today. I waited more than 30 minutes in the store.
Jason, the manager, checked me in after I had already waited about 10 minutes, and then I waited another 23 minutes with no help. He was clearly available, standing with other associates and not assisting anyone, even though he could have helped me at any moment.
When I asked why I was waiting so long, he told me that I had only been waiting 23 minutes, even though I explained that he came to me much later after I had already been in the store.
Shannon, the sales associate, was also not helpful at all. I came in because I wanted to upgrade my phone and add 1 more line. Instead of trying to giving me best options, he told me that he did not know what was wrong with my account (he said that if I will add 1 more person ,l have to pay 70$ more, even though they told me if I will add 4th person it will be free )and that I should call a number.
Even after checking with the manager, he came back with the same answer.
I waited more than 30 minutes just to be told to call a number that I could have called at home. They made no effort and did not offer any real help. My experience with this location today was very unprofessional compared to the good service I received three months ago. Jason and Shannon you both need to improve the way you work.

Extremely Disappointed With Customer Service
I’m already a Verizon customer, and I stopped by this location for a simple screen-protector installation. Instead of helping, they told me they just started charging $30 just to put it on, which was really surprising and disappointing. For a company I already pay monthly, I expected better customer service and basic support—not extra fees for something that takes a couple of minutes.
This experience made me feel like they don’t value their existing customers at all. I hope Verizon improves their service and stops nickel-and-diming loyal customers.

I had been dealing with a frustrating service issue with Verizon for 5 days, spending nearly 8 hours on the phone with no resolution. Out of options, I walked into this store not expecting much—but that’s when I met Sam.
From the moment we sat down, Sam worked tirelessly to help me. My issue was complicated, but he tried multiple workarounds, and when those didn’t work, he called Verizon’s dedicated tech support line. In just 30 minutes, Sam completely fixed the issue that had already consumed 5 days and 8 hours of my life.
Sam is hands down the BEST. His professionalism, problem-solving skills, and dedication to making things right are rare these days. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 16 years, and it’s employees like Sam that keep me loyal to the brand.
Sam, thank you so much. You’re incredibly good at what you do, and I truly hope Verizon recognizes your value. Customers need more people like you.
