I visited this store on 12/27/25. I’ve had an issue with my bill since August. I’ve tried to resolve the issue multiple times at different locations but no luck! Dillon Bowe and Trejan Keister were a huge help! It took a bit of time to fix the issue but they didn’t give up! Their customer service was fantastic and their help was greatly appreciated.

We had a great experience at this Verizon store. We were trying to set up a family plan under the holiday offer and were pretty confused by the options online. Tre helped us in store and was incredibly patient, walking us through all the available plans and answering our questions clearly. He made the whole process easy and stress free. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this location!

My son went to this location to get a new phone with trade in but the salesman added a line to our account and told him he gets to keep his old phone. We have a text message saying we could get the new iPhone Pro but he didn't get Pro he got normal!
Called customer service and theytold us to go back to the store since they messed up.
When my son returned to the store he was told he has to pay a restocking fee and to call customer service? I'm not paying for your mistake, I will just take my business elsewhere. Avoid working with Roenny! BEWARE!!

Great experience every time I visit this Verizon branch. The team is always friendly and professional. I especially want to highlight Dominic (Dom R), he helped me and my husband, and was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and attentive throughout the entire process. We had an excellent experience because of him. We will definitely be coming back for future upgrades and deals specifically to work with Dominic. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment at Downtown Seattle store due to long on-going billing issue that customer service via phone agreed was happening but was unable to solve. On my appointment I had given details of problem as well as customer svc had documented the situation in my acct.
From the very start of walking into the Downtown Seattle store Kyle was condescending and very rude. When I tried to explain the problem he would not let me finish a sentence and continously interrupted. He would not look at Verizon's own documentation from customer svc in my account and argued with me.
When I realized it was going nowhere with him I asked to talk to the manager. He actually said his plan was to leave me waiting while I "calmed down". Being calm is my super power. I was calm. He had a severe case of toxic masculinity and that was purely a power move.
Manager came out after about 15 minutes. He agreed there was a billing issue and said they were working on solving it.
