After countless calls/tickets, they said they would give me back the money but never did so. After 6 months, I finally found the time to drop by this office and was promptly supported by the lovely Nakea. She was absolutely professional, understanding and helpful. I just had to wait and she made all the necessary calls making sure that this time my issue would finally be resolved and in the end I got my money back on the same day. She is the literally definition of good customer service. Thank you!

This one is modern and very welcoming. We were helped by Trejan. He explained everything with detail and answered every question with experienced knowledge. We left understanding what we had purchased and couldn't wait to get home and play with our new phones. We used to be Tmobile customers and decided to check out Verizon. With this experience we are now Verizon customers. Thank you Trejan.

There’ll end up ignoring and lying to you stating “we can’t return anything in the store” so I called and they stained yeh store has to return the device and they sent me in a circle ring around the rosey pocket full of poseurs ashes ashes we all fall down until I wasn’t able to return the device now i am calling trying to get them to listen to me about who lied about sending me a return kit and never doing it! JUST Pathetic! Worse than AT&T and TMobile
