    Today was almost a catastrophe! I sat on the phone with a customer service representative for almost one hour just to get a SIM card activated! The entire time this representative kept trying to ask me to send a text to a tablet which is not even possible then to a phone number that did not have a SIM card, they would not send it to the email on file. Because of this I had to drive over 1 hour to the store where I met a fabulous representative named Amy who was very nice and informative, she fought the customer service demons over the phone and was able to get them to solve my problem! It should not be this difficult to get your phone fixed but thank god there is people like Amy to help you get your phone fixed.
