I also have home internet at locked in price of $25 per month. My usual bill for both was around $112 per month with Apple Music also that was free with plan. I was talked into changing my phone plan with also business internet at nearly same cost as I was told. I spent nearly 5 hours here in September when I agreed to change plan, walked out with a new iPhone 16 and new internet box. Horrible set up with new box, have been back now twice since then with issues with bill and other, even tried their store in Enumclaw to help me with bill. Walked out that day paying over $400 and all I wanted was a new phone. Monthly bills have been over $200 first 2 months and latest $175. Received blanket email from Jocelyn today, no response. Stay away from this place, currently looking to move to another provider. Have been with Verizon since early 2000’s. This store and all Victra are not Verizon.
