Zach was patient as he explained how Apple was ending support for some of its older phones and which phones, not necessarily the most expensive ones, would suit both my wife and her grandson's needs. Zach patiently took all the time necessary to set up both phones and to make sure they worked as they are supposed to work. People like Zach are why I am a long time Cricket customer
