    Ken at the Verizon store has helped me 3 or 4 times now. I just switched to business Internet and the whole process was great. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He also has helped with getting new phones set up for me and my wife. Keep it up ken.

    I had a wonderful experience working with Randy this past week when I stopped in to inquire about account pricing when buying a new iPhone. He analyzed my account with 3 lines on it and actually determined that upgrading my lines would save me money. In the process, I ordered my new phone. It arrived 4 days later and Randy was there to help me get it set up and the old phone erased and traded in. Randy was very calm and pleasant through the whole transaction. I really appreciated his professionalism and politeness. If I didn’t live in Seattle, I would use this location more often!

    I went into the Monroe Store to get a new phone...I was greeted by Lee and I could not have been treated better ... Top notch customer service ! New phone accomplished all info transferred ... Even helped me download my favorite apps I had on my old phone ... Also got the Internet service for home ... BIG savings over my current provider... Kudos also to the Manager Carlos for checking in with me to make sure I was being taken care of. All in all a Great day !!!

    Although I have been a long-time Verizon customer, I experienced the BEST customer service to date when I visited this Monroe Verizon store location. Carlos helped answer all my questions and he assisted me in upgrading my phone and choosing a new phone plan. Carlos and his team demonstrated how dynamic their synergy was in their ability to help multiple customers simultaneously while consistently delivering excellent customer service. This is my new go-to Verizon store.

    I highly recommend you use this store for any/all your Verizon wireless needs. Their entire team went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. Carlos helped my husband and I transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon. Although the transfer process had some hiccups (on T-Mobile’s end), Carlos’s knowledge and experience helped streamline the transfer process while he simultaneously answered all of our questions and reviewed our various phone plan options in great detail. The store constantly had customers coming and going, and between Carlos and his team, all customers were successfully assisted in an efficient manner while also receiving consistently incredible customer service. While I did not work with her directly, I also want to note that I saw how Kassidy expertly navigated a tricky and frustrating technical support issue while going to bat for her customer. Her combined emotional intelligence, professionalism, and tenacity enabled her to provide her customer with excellent customer service in a less than ideal situation. Overall, this is a fantastic and dynamic team.
