If you need any kind of tech support, expect to be referred to customer support online and told they don't do that stuff in the store. I went to another location and was helped instantly with the same issue. It's also how I found out this location is a reseller. If you want help instead of arrogance and arguing, go to a corporate owned Verizon location instead. This place is all about selling you stuff.
