Jacobi not only helped pick a less expensive plan but came in on his day off when he found out my phone didn’t arrive on time due to flooding issues. We went with iphone 17 pro and airpod pro. I love features to nod or shake my head to take or dismiss calls when listening to music. Thank you again, Jacobi, for syncing my smart ring, two bose earbuds, airpod pro earbuds, and setting up the screen protector on my phone. Highly recommend you ask for Jacobi.
