  The entire staff—from Client Services (Shawn, Janet, Kit) to the techs (Stephanie, Savannah, Emily) and vets (Dr. Kuehne, Dr. Otto)—consistently provided compassionate, expert, transparent and non-pressured care for my cat. To highlight my experience: I'm a first time pet owner, and brought my cat here after multiple friends and coworkers recommended this place. From the scheduling process to the billing check out to follow up text messages/calls, this staff exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I had to bring my cat in after a couple days from the first vet visit as she wasn't feeling well and the team provided quick and thorough care. The staff explained every bit of the process and the cost. They also gave me ample time to think over any decision before making them. I've shared my experiences with some friends who are long time pet owners outside of the area and they are absolutely blown away by the support I've received from this staff.

  This vet center is amazing! The staff are friendly and very attentive. My cat hates going outside of his home, but they help ease his anxiety while also respecting his space. They also remember to always have a towel for him to hide under! We've gone to this vet 3 times, two for wellness exams, and 1 for a tooth surgery. Link loves Dr. Perigo; she's gentle and you can tell she has a wonderful passion for animals. And the receptionist, Janet, is also very kind and very helpful! Prices are a little high, but you're paying for high quality treatment and a great experience for both you and your pet! Highly recommend!

  I rushed my cat Charlie in because he was very ill and dying. They immediately got me in a room and the doctor was absolutely amazing. Despite my emotional breakdown during the process, she was very kind and compassionate to me and my Charlie. The nurse and staff was exceptionally kind and treated me like family. They sent me a very sweet and heartfelt hand written card the following day and provided me with a precious paw print memory of my Charlie. I can't thank them enough for all they did.
