- TJTimothy JooDec 29, 20251.0worst experience ever. came back in to drop off a trade in, didn’t give the quoted value at all when its backend system messed up on the order. previous specialist told me to come back if in 48 hours it wouldn’t auto adjust. new person today said it could take 6 weeks. asked if they could do anything, they wouldn’t and refused. said i need to call support line on my end. how is it that a certified verizon store can’t do anything on their end? make that make sense to me. absolute worst service. terrible customer experience. never doing anything at this store ever again. 1/10 experience. don’t come here.

However, someone should have a talk with whoever was working with him (red beard, poor attitude) because he was acting blatantly racist towards this one lady who walked in looking for help. Just because she wasn't tech savvy and was having a harder time understanding what he was saying, he was adamant that they needed a translator/interpreter even though she was speaking plain English to him. Even when she asked why they needed an interpreter (who had put them on hold), he spoke to her as if she were an unintelligent child. We didn't get his name, but I'll definitely remember his face and I wouldn't want to work with him on an upgrade or even something as simple as a phone case.
