The gal was professional and patiently willing to continue with tech support on the line, I just couldn't wait any longer. If I would have known they were a reseller I probably would have gone to a direct Vz Wireless corporate store. I was charged a $43 fee to have this handled which was odd since it wasn't actually completed. I went home and called tech support myself and after 45 minutes they were able to active my phone. Since they were able to resolve I added another line and with new phone with the tech rep. I received the same offer at the store earlier, but I wasn't going to do anything until my initial issue was resolved. Overall, the store did the best they could. If you need a new phone, I'm sure this would be a great place to go. If it's complicated, go to a direct store.
