Ethan took the time to investigate Black Friday deals for us, both for phones and for phone service. Since we're upgrading from Samsung S9 to Samsung S25, he spent some time explaining some accessories that we might want to consider, given the newer generation of phones (e.g. camera lens glass protection and USB-C to USB-C power blocks). My only tip to shoppers is this: Spend some time yourself investigating deals before you go into the store. Verizon is constantly running deals, which change from time to time. We've been Verizon customers for 24 years, so there was a special loyalty deal for our phone upgrades. Do your homework and then get someone like Ethan to navigate you through the upgrade process and you'll be golden!
