Thankfully, the team at this location made everything easy. They took the time to sit down with us, clearly explained the pricing, and even helped set up our new service. Believe me, I'm not saying Verizon as a company is not without its flaws. However, I highly recommend this store if you choose it as your cellular provider.

Messed up the first day cause dude didn’t wanna think smart and plug in phone for transfer. So it died and had to start all over. Messed up bill and. Herbed me device payment when I was not suppose to have one. Went back in again to get it fixed. Said it was fixed. It was NOT. Now hour on phone with Verizon again. Still NOT fixed. Trying to stick me with 850 dollar device payment when I was told I got $600 promo and trade value on old phone to make it a wash. Absolute joke!

I had to call customer service several times just to get my money back. Now 7 months later I’m finding out the buy more save more promo was never applied to my phone, the watch I bought was put under my partners line, and I’ve been paying off a phone the full retail price that should’ve had a $1000 credit. They made us buy screen protectors with the guise that they would be able to be replaced for free for life, and when I went in to get it replaced because it broke after one month, they acted like no one said that. And I can’t even get my screen replaced at another store. They say it’s only valid basically with the person who sold me the phone. Beware, check your receipts carefully, and do not go to this store. It’s not a retail Verizon store it’s a indirect/victra store which has higher prices and does not offer the same service or knowledge as a retail store. Everyone in there needs better training and I regret ever purchasing my phone from here
