I have been going to this Verizon store for many years and they are so knowledgeable and customer service oriented I don't even think about going anywhere else! Dillion is the manager and he has very competent folks working gir him. Highly recommended.

My experience at this Verizon store was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I am a brand-new Verizon customer, in the middle of a switch from Xfinity to Verizon. I purchased my phone online on Monday the 22nd, and my intention was simply to exchange my iPhone 17 because it was too small for me.
On Tuesday the 23rd in the afternoon, I went to this location seeking help. Even though Verizon’s return policy clearly states that devices can be exchanged at Verizon stores, the employee immediately told me I could not return the phone — without checking my account, without accessing his tablet, and without making any attempt to see what the issue was. After claiming to “check with a manager in the back” (which I highly doubt actually happened), he returned and said I was correct, but that they would not help me because the purchase was made online and that I had to complete everything online.
What made the situation worse was his attitude. He told me I would be “wasting my time” going to another store and even went as far as calling the second store ahead of time to talk about me, which is completely unprofessional.
The employees were sitting together doing nothing and made it very clear that because my purchase was done online, they had no interest in helping me. As someone who worked 5 years in wireless retail, I know very well how these policies work, and this experience felt more like they didn’t want to help simply because there was no commission involved.
If Verizon values customer retention, especially for customers who are literally on their first or second day with the company, this store seriously needs better training and professionalism.
