Our first appointment to activate 4 phone lines took 4 hours and it was clearly because the rep didn't know what he was doing. He kept blaming it on the system and trying to work around it. Then he left while in the middle of helping us to go pick up a prescription! I had to return multiple times to get promotions and rebates straightened out. The manager was nice and helpful but still didn't resolve everything. A month later and I'm still working with Verizon customer service to get everything resolved! I will never recommend this location to anyone. They made me regret coming back to Verizon but now I'm locked in and have no choice.

The nice people here heard me out without showing resentment & helped to update my account lowering my monthly price by a lot. So we went ahead and got a new phone, which my honey needed as his had stopped working that morning. I really appreciate being heard without judgment and am a lot happier with my service. The new phone had a virus after we got it home,causing ads to pop up relentlessly (I was ready to freak) and we went back first thing this morning & the rep was happy to help by removing the apps responsible so again, very happy. Definitely will go back again if I have any issues or want a new phone.
