Gavin transferred my data to the new phone and I left satisfied. Got home to find that by accessing iCloud 2FA was automatically turned on. Apple makes it a brutal process to turn off 2FA. Gavin (Mr. Customer Service!) spent a tough an hour and a half getting my new phone free of 2FA. Knowledgeable, tenacious and committed to solving my issue. Not once during the process did make me feel like anything other than an important customer. I've had occasion to buy from other Verizon stores-no comparison. To the manager: You found a good employee in Gavin. He's a real asset to your company.
