  I would 10 out of 10 recommend this vet clinic! They are hands down the most compassionate and caring staff. I have taken both of my bulldogs here and when it was time to set them free everyone was amazing from start to finish!! Thank you VCA Southridge

  This is not the place I would recommend for a new puppy check and the future of your puppy, if you have any opinion on the care for your dog. It was my take on the office visit it was their way or the highway. During our visit I had an VERY opinionated Vet Assistant who was sure she was the only one who knew anything and really was not interested in what directions I wanted to go with the care of my puppy. The office visit consisted of 3/4 of the time with the Vet.Assistant and 1/4 of time with the Vet. I purchased my puppy from a breeder in California. This breeder has been breeding this breed for over 25 years and works at a veterinary clinic. She has a very good reputation. I figure if anyone knows , about my puppy she does. I got home from the Breeder with very specific instructions on vaccinations for this breed and this Clinic totally ignored them. I have had dogs for over 40 years now. I like to have some input on the direction of the care of my dogs and a Veterinary that respects this. For this reason we will not be returning

  Dr. Bauer and all of the staff are absolutely incredible. Every experience we've had, from prescriptions to appointments, has been great! They always text and call to follow up after appointments to check on their patient and answer any other questions you may have. I highly recommend them!

  This place will 100% tell you something on the phone giving you hope and then try to bleed you dry once you get there. Please go somewhere else! EDIT: They were “taken aback” by this review. Literally told my wife one thing and then once she arrived told her that well he is too big and everything would cost extra (which was FULLY explained). But 0.4lbs is world changing. Then they absolutely lambasted her on the spot about a pain medicine she had been giving our dog without THEIR permission and how we were hurting him. Then to PRESCRIBE exactly what we were giving him.

  First time I ever came here was to take my sisters cat for a check up. The second was for my pup that was sick. Have always been given good advice about the care of my dog. Very good service. Staff is always professional and friendly. Yes, price is higher then many vets if you look around. I find that being able to have extended hours of service and almost always getting immediate service is a good trade off to the cost of the service.
