Well I finally switched over to T-Mobile, which is about half the cost by the way for the same lines, and I come to realize that the 5th line that they had on my account was completely unnecessary and is STILL ACTIVE even after switching all of my lines over. I just called customer support and they said I’ve been paying for this 5th line the entire time for a device that doesn’t exist, and that if I don’t cancel it I will continue to get charged for it even though it isn’t real. I’m not sure if he still works here but if he does, DO NOT work with the bald guy with glasses. He’s rude, and will get you to pay for more things than you actually receive, likely so he can get a better paycheck.
