Verizon Wireless Inc. has continued to progress poorly in the customer service dept compared to decades ago when Verizon Wireless actually had a reputable service dept.

This Verizon lied to me about what I would be paying. They have lied to others in the reviews too! I've been paying extra per month for a phone they told me would be free.

They are still lying to customers about prices to try to lock you into a bill that you never asked for. So shameful.

Somehow manages to make the post office and unemployment office look good. How is their place still in business? 🤷‍♂️

I had Verizon for 2 years, had 4 lines; 2 phones and 2 watches. I technically had a 5th but they said in the store that it was just part of purchasing the watches. Well I finally switched over to T-Mobile, which is about half the cost by the way for the same lines, and I come to realize that the 5th line that they had on my account was completely unnecessary and is STILL ACTIVE even after switching all of my lines over. I just called customer support and they said I’ve been paying for this 5th line the entire time for a device that doesn’t exist, and that if I don’t cancel it I will continue to get charged for it even though it isn’t real. I’m not sure if he still works here but if he does, DO NOT work with the bald guy with glasses. He’s rude, and will get you to pay for more things than you actually receive, likely so he can get a better paycheck.
