I had Verizon for 2 years, had 4 lines; 2 phones and 2 watches. I technically had a 5th but they said in the store that it was just part of purchasing the watches. Well I finally switched over to T-Mobile, which is about half the cost by the way for the same lines, and I come to realize that the 5th line that they had on my account was completely unnecessary and is STILL ACTIVE even after switching all of my lines over. I just called customer support and they said I’ve been paying for this 5th line the entire time for a device that doesn’t exist, and that if I don’t cancel it I will continue to get charged for it even though it isn’t real. I’m not sure if he still works here but if he does, DO NOT work with the bald guy with glasses. He’s rude, and will get you to pay for more things than you actually receive, likely so he can get a better paycheck.

I had a complex problem figuring out my phone as I was switching to a business plan and Yohane was extremely helpful and kind! He was so patient and spent a majority of the day dedicated to the problem, eventually helping me completely solve it and get everything moved over and working well. I recommend working with him!

This Verizon lied to me to get me to pay for services that were already supposed to be included. They have lied to others in the reviews too! They offered to update my plan and then told me hot-spotting wasn't included. I've been paying extra per month for the phone they lied to me about too. Awful store
