    Logan, at the Ferndale, WA location went above and beyond to hep me with my lost i phone and data transfer to a replacement phone. The process kept him a half hour past closing time, which he reassured me, was no problem. Logan put humanity back in Verizon for me (much needed), and I will always try to do business personally in Ferndale. Dr. Susan Alexander

    Taylor went above and beyond to assist with several unexpected issues during an upgrade. He had my best interest in mind and helped advocate for me to receive the offer I had qualified for. I had to return to the store a few times and he was extremely caring and professional. Super grateful!
