I came to this store today because I needed to replace my phone screen, and I have been paying $19 per month for a protection plan. I told you clearly that on Verizon’s website, it is completely impossible to find any instructions on how to use this protection plan. Because of this, I had no choice but to take time out of my day to come to the store to ask in person.
The staff member told me that I could walk into any repair company designated by Verizon at any time to have the screen replaced, with no cost at all. That information was absolute nonsense.
I then scheduled an appointment and went to the repair store as instructed, only to be told that I must first contact Verizon’s so-called insurance company to apply for screen replacement service, and that only after approval could the repair be performed.
This so-called Verizon protection plan is misleading customers and taking their money. When customers actually need the service, there are no clear instructions, neither on the website nor from in-store staff, who clearly lack product knowledge. This process wastes customers’ time.
I always believed that Verizon was a high-end company with high-quality service, but now I realize that your service attitude is no different from low-cost carriers, and your network coverage is not even the best.
I regret choosing Verizon.
End.

Store was clean and service was quick.
My issue isn’t with the store or Verizon (though I have many other issues with Verizon corporate) it’s an older Asian bald guy in his 40s. Dude was probably one of the most rude people who’s worked in customer service I’ve ever encountered.
As I went to write this review, I saw multiple others complaining about the exact same guy so how he still has his job is beyond me and reflects the one star review

I am very disappointed in the service I received from this store. They initially sweet talk you into buying things and once the contract is signed the manager just hands you a piece of paper to call the customer service line, adding “you have to pay a extra $10 to call” if you go in to receive help. Customer service is about being consistent, attitude and business wise, and actually making an effort to help the customer when they came directly in-person. Sending a customer away with a piece of paper to figure out themselves already shows how they value and treat their customers once the ink on the contract is dried.

This is an okay store, but there is a Asian guy. That's bald, headed. That wears glasses that thinks he knows things about electronics. And he's worked there for quite some time, and he's not very nice and he can mess up. People's stuff on their electronics and their phones and make it. So it doesn't work proper. And he won't take responsibility for what he does. They should get rid of him and let somebody else work there that knows what they're doing.
