I will say they offered me a discount on a new one but still not worth it.

He was very helpful, engaging, attentive, and reassuring during this extremely long process. I have spent 3 hours at this store and even though I am pissed he kept a level head and fixed all the things he could. I will come back only if Bryan is working.
