- KJkevin jacksonJan 4, 20261.0Horrible service. Long lines and misinformation. Misled about what channels and stations I'd get on their new internet service then impossible to get customer service. Then, to top it off, when I finally had enough and found a way to reach Verizon, the Verizon told me Ellensburg wasn't an "official Verizon store" so I couldn't even count on returning the FIOS internet box to them! For your own good, you might want to get their phone and plan but their new foray into Ellensburg internet and TV market is a disaster! I went back to Spectrum.
