I got the exact same phone for my son for $35. His even came with ear buds. I will never buy another phone from cricket. From now on I will be getting my phone from Walmart
- GGGeorgeNov 3, 20255.0Alex helped me with my Samsung, a 15 that kept overheating and dying frequently. I was going to get another Samsung, a 36 as a replacement, but he explained how iphones have fewer issues, better security, longer, lasting and are a much better phone. Although I was hesitant, I did actually buy an iphone 16 e based off of his recommendation and the fact that he let me mess around with both of his iphones and compare his iphone 16 plus to the Samsung a36 I initially wanted. He set up my new iphone 16 e and got my security stuff working and even gave me his work number in case if I needed help. I called him once on his day off and he still answered and sent me videos on how to use my phone. He gave me a steep discount on the accessories and waived most of the activation fee because he liked that I bought an iphone. Great service, have recommended to my friends to purchase from him. Alex even offered me to return at any time so he can teach me how to use it some more.

I was having a problem w/my Samsung SE4 phone & had gone to the Verizon store 2 doors down for help. Apparently, I am currently still under contract w/Verizon for another 31 months. I was told that I could cancel after 180 days, But would have to pay $500 for Phone & $69/month to fulfill 3 year contract. My phone is getting hot & shutting down for several days at a time. When I entered V. Store there was 1 agent with a client & 2 clients waiting. No akniwledgement
