Then he lied and said my daughters phone wasnt eligible for trade in credit towards a new phone. Total waste of time and exactly the reason people dread dealing with Verizon. If I could give them negative stars I would. Only bright side of the ordeal is that my daughter now uses the guy at this store as a reference point when referring to dealing with dumb people. I.E. that guy was almost as dumb as the verizon guy.
