I love this location! I went to Centralia first and they couldn’t help me, but the staff at the Chehalis Verizon went above and beyond for me. They gave me the best deals and were incredibly helpful. I’m glad I went to them!

This location is a joke. Go here if your desperate because if you drive 30 minutes up the freeway to Olympia you can visit the Corp Verizon location. You wont be subjugated to only 1 or two staff working that have to sneak behind closed doors to make calls to their manager for whatever the reason may be. I made the mistake of coming here last month. I changed my mind about going with them 2 days later. Returned my devices and paid re-stocking fee. Do you think they de-activated my account? NOPE. Currently looking at a bill of 2 months of service (next month is the projected bill) for phone lines I DID NOT EVEN KNOW I STILL HAD. Oh and when I returned the devices because I did not want to go with them anymore they treated me like I was crazy and interrogated me on why I would do such a thing. I had to deal with speaking to the manager who apparently works from home and listen to her try to bribe me into staying. NO THANKS!

Went in with the family to get new phones and it took 6 hours when it should have only been a couple at most. The woman helping us had to have been poorly trained or not trained at all. Not all of our phone numbers were even transfered at the time we left either. They said it would take three days to transfer the number and it took me 20 minutes on the phone doing it myself. They also don't tell you that there is a service fee when going through the store until the end when you are paying for everything. There is no service fee online and currently you get a $200 gift card to do it online. The whole experience going through the store has been a nightmare and I reccomend to do everything online if going with Verizon. Maybe you would have a better experience going through a different store with more trained employees.

Our family has been into this store five times in the past six weeks as three of us were wanting to upgrade our older phones to newer models. We’ve been Verizon customers for more than 20 years. Each time in takes more than an hour, no matter how simple a task we are needing help with. Sometimes there are two people working, including a manager, but there are other times when the only employee working is woefully under-trained. I don’t blame them. I blame the management. It’s completely irresponsible to leave an employee by themselves when they don’t have a clue how to do ANYTHING without needing to call someone for help. It takes 5-10 secret phone calls in the back room per visit for them to get the help they need. My current visit is to fix a problem they created when I was here last week (they disconnected service from another family member’s phone that wasn’t even in the store). I’ve been here for 110+ minutes and it’s still not fixed. Each time the employee goes into the back room, I’ve turned to the other customers waiting and encouraged them to go to a different store. Seriously! Drive to a different store!
