Brand new iPhone and my screen got a Knick in less than 2 weeks. Extremely scammy and unhelpful workers. Won’t be going back. Won’t be emailing customer service either since they give you the run around. Thinking of switching carriers.

I ended up paying a little over $300 while I was there because I told him I did not want to pay later. So after that I get a bill for about 150 I guess for the old phone bill and now I’m getting another bill was 350 for Service on the iPad and the phone that I got when the guy told me that I did not need service on the iPad. It was free for changing my plan. So anyway, by the time I left, I had service on an old iPhone the iPad I just got and the new iPhone paying for all three plans when I told them I did not want but one plan. I got the iPad and the iPhone 17 pro max phone now. I have to pay a total of about $700 and also I took my trade-in phone back to the store yesterday and they told me they’re a third-party store they cannot accept it. So I just asked 611 where to take it and they told me to take it to the store I took it to. This is ridiculous not to mention. It’s flooding all over here in Washington so it’s not easy to find your way back-and-forth to these stores when you haven’t lived in the state for very long. What next? Thanks a lot Verizon.

I also was not very impressed with the sales people. I walked in and both people were looking down at their phones and seemed as though they were struggling to motivate themselves just to get out of their chairs. The salesperson I spoke to also couldn't really articulate the difference between plans, so I left to go up the street to another Verizon store.
