I also was not very impressed with the sales people. I walked in and both people were looking down at their phones and seemed as though they were struggling to motivate themselves just to get out of their chairs. The salesperson I spoke to also couldn't really articulate the difference between plans, so I left to go up the street to another Verizon store.

They bought two phones. My father decided against the purchase and they reached out to Verizon. They were informed to return it to the authorized store (Bonney Lake) and sent the phone and invoice back to me to return to the store. I have now spent 2 separate days for 3 total hours in the site with the phone (restored), invoice, and the original purchase card attached to my Google Pay and they cannot return the phone purchase. Managers are not present and the staff is woefully undertrained. Still have 2 days on the 30 day return policy but I am.not holding my breath. Provided my phone number to the staff for the manager/owner to contact me yesterday and am still waiting.

Instead, I was charged for a second phone, a second separate line and protection plan. I am a trusting person. I thought it was because of some of the services I had. He straightened it all out. Thank Goodness !!!!
