To break down this post; crappy customer service, or completely lacking, and took our business to an actual corporate store (I really hope this is not a corporate store). I came to this location because the first Verizon location I went to by the T-Mobile store was not the greatest experience. To my surprise THIS LOCATION WAS WORSE!! My wife and I went in and literally stood there as a salesperson was sitting there just looking down at their tablet, and another person who I'm not sure was a customer or not (also had a tablet in hand) wearing what looked like slippers, so if it was an employee, I'm dumbfounded how someone could be allowed to show up to work like that. We literally stood there, no acknowledgement that we just walked into a business, the person sitting at the table (who was without a doubt an employee) never even looked up from his tablet, nothing, basically just ignored my wife and I. We came here from another store to get better service, and received even worse customer service. I asked my wife if she wanted to leave and she said yes. We were both just completely set back by the lack of customer service skills, I've never received this bad of customer service. Then when we're walking out, an employee comes out from the back, looking confused why we left, so I walked back to go into the store to explain why we're leaving and by the time I even got back to the door, she walked back into the back room, couldn't have been more than 10 steps. Clearly this business didn't want our business, and we were looking to switch from T-Mobile, so it would've been new lines, new phones, and so on. It would've been a decent commission. So we left to go to a different Verizon store, we figured 2 out of 3 strikes, if they get another one we just won't take our business to Verizon. I don't typically like to leave bad reviews but this was literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, just keep ignoring your customers, you won't be in business much longer, or maybe your goal is to drive customers away from Verizon. If I was the manager, that employee would be written up if not fired. I worked in sales for almost 20 years, and I was very disappointed in this instance. I know a lot of people will probably see this and think (over reacting) but no, I'm a very literal person, and like I said, I don't like leaving bad reviews, I typically just leave it to karma, but I'm this instance, I'm literally in disbelief with the lack of customer service. Maybe I'm just "old school" now. I also don't typically post photos of people, but this was taken in a public location, from outside the store.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to switch phone carriers and the two gentlemen just sat there looking at their cellphones. I was like umm is anyone working and they turned their heads away. No acknowledgment, hello, give us a moment, nothing. They clearly didn’t want to work! Also, they were employees and not customers , they had their Verizon necklaces on and iPads. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Lost our business!

I went in wanting to trade my old iPhone for the new 17 - it was back ordered - no problem I can wait. When the phone eventually came in I found out because I tracked it and despite it sitting there for two days I didn’t get a call letting me know it came in. I go to pick it up and I’m paying off my old phone and asking about what I’m paying for - the female rep added a case and screen protector without asking me and had I not asked why the cost was higher I wouldn’t have known until after my card was ran. I’m assuming she wanted commission but that is shady! I went back a week later to turn in my trade in and the same rep that tried to sneak a case and screen protector had me pay off and trade in the wrong phone on my account!! The second rep helping me trying to fix her mistakes says okay we can open a brand new line it won’t cost you a thing and treat it like you’re bringing a phone with you to the new line and this will offset the cost of the new iPhone like the trade in would have. Ok fine… WRONG they charged me a setup fee and line for the new line!! I had to go back in the store and now they have to apply for / put in a form for a credit for the new line I was promised would be free. Also I have to pay the increased bill and wait until the next cycle for the credit - if it comes I don’t have very much faith. If I could help it I would not be going back and I wouldn’t recommend working with their one female rep.

This store sucks! Ordered a new iPhone, their website led you to believe the phone was in stock, which it wasn’t. Followed the tracking details for 4 days. Got a text telling me that my money is being refunded cause I never picked up my order. I never got a text, call or email from this store. Miss my opportunity on getting my phone, Verizon told me that I need to order it again, now I have to wait almost a month to get it. I’m about to change carriers. I’ve been with Verizon for almost 30 years.
