    Mocha who works at this location needs to be the face of Verizon. I got my new Iphone with her, she was so cool and helpful AND while helping me an older couple came in requesting only her, I watched her help them and go above and beyond for those people. If I ever have to go to a Verizon store I will only go to this one because of Mocha.

    King and Josh at this location are absolute rockstars! I came in extremely frustrated at customer service who had royally screwed up my account and was ready to cancel and go to a competitor. King did everything in her power to fix all of the issues, and Josh gave us insight we wouldn’t have had without him. I walked out of the store so much happier than when I walked in. Thank you both for being amazing! You deserve raises!
