    This is the worst store. Do not visit this store for anything. I came from T-Mob on 20th Nov 2025 and they promised I'll be getting 20$ credit for each month upto 36months which equates to $720 but today is 31st Dec 2025 and I haven't received anything. I have already visited their store multiple times and they make me wait for hours (literally I was standing in the queue for 55mins before I finally gave up and came back) while the so-called staff has to to go on a break leaving the customers unattended. On top of this they messed up while assigning correct plan to one of the line. I had to spend hrs talking to customer-care for clearing up the mess which they have created with my family account.

    Yesterday we purchased two iPhones and were assisted by Jordan LeLueur, who provided exceptional service. He was highly professional, explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. If you ever need to shop at Verizon, Jordan is definitely the right person to go to. When additional questions came up, Jordan didn’t hesitate to reach out to the customer service team for support. John, who assisted us over the phone, also delivered outstanding service, making the entire process faster and easier. Jordan is dedicated, responsible, and above all, has an excellent attitude toward customer service. He has great potential and would truly excel in a leadership position, such as Manager. We will definitely return—and we will absolutely choose to work with Jordan again. We are very grateful for the experience. Mau & Victor

    This is the worst store I have ever been into…..been in sales a long time and I was awe struck how bad it was. Barely acknowledged me, no consideration for my time, no engagement, very secretive and rude. Go anywhere else but here. Manager and team need replaced.-10 stars

    Normally don't leave public reviews... today's experience warranted a great one. Stopped in to upgrade a line. All 3 employees were super friendly, helpful, and courteous when I walked in. Shared that I needed a bit and they didn't bug me at all until I was ready to get into the details. The manager on duty at the time ended up helping me. Super friendly, courteous, quick, detailed, and great to work with. Found the right information for my line/account quickly and helped get my new phone underway fast. Here's the kicker... in the middle of helping me, there was another customer that was extremely rude to all their employees. The manager had to step away for a bit to take care of the situation - and I say that they did, with grace amidst being yelled and and belittled by this other customer. After that, they came back over, apologized for the delay, helped wrap things up and get me out the door... but, there was more... the woman came back in complaining, and being vulgar. Again, the manager on site handled it calmly, apologized to me for the delay/and issues and wrapped up my transaction. Here's the thing - amidst an extremely rude customer (who was unhappy because of something that was a Verizon policy, clearly stated), the whole team at the store today were great. Cheers to them. Hope the rest of their day goes better! :)

    This was the worst customer service I have ever received from Verizon, and it ended with an unauthorized service being added to my account. I visited the Bellevue Square store for help activating my eSIM, as my old phone was erased and I couldn't receive verification texts. I arrived at 5 PM. Despite having four salespeople in the store, most of whom were chatting amongst themselves, I was forced to wait an hour for what turned out to be a 10-minute fix. The check-in kiosk was useless, as it required a working phone number to send updates—the very reason I was there for help. The story should have ended there, but one week later, I received an email that I had "successfully enrolled" in Verizon Mobile Protect for $19/month. I called Verizon immediately, and they confirmed I was signed up for it. The authorization date was October 15th, 2025—the exact day I visited this store. The salesperson who "helped" me not only provided slow service but also deceptively signed me up for a paid service without my knowledge or consent. This is fraudulent. If you must use this location, I strongly urge you to monitor your account afterward.
