    Stopped into the Anacortes store to have my phone checked as it was having nonstop pop up ads interrupting everything. It only took Payton a few minutes to figure out what had happened to my phone and delete the culprits that were invading my phone. He also showed me how to use the main screen to ID items I see around me. Thank you Payton for your help, patience and for not making me feel like it's OK not to know a lot about my phone! You are a great person!!

    I walked into the store and Payton at the service desk greeted me with a smile. He knew immediately how to help me and had my phone fixed within 10 minutes. He also gave me recommendations on an upgrade and how I could save money. He was super friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely go see him if you need any type of assistance!
