She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed for my new phone, as well as placing my screen protector expertly, which I know can be a little nerve wracking. She treated my wife and I like family in the short time that we were there. I would highly recommend seeing her if you’re thinking about upgrading, or are looking to get a new Samsung or Google Pixel. I would give 6 stars if I could!

While traveling through the area recently, I lost my phone, which was turned into this store a few days later. I had already upgraded to a new phone at my local store, but obviously still want my old phone back since it's MY PROPERTY that I paid for in full. Driving to this store to pick up the phone in person would be close to a 5 hour round trip, extremely inconvenient to say the least. After multiple phone calls attempting to speak to a manager about shipping my phone back, I'm told they won't because of "liability reasons ".....excuse me? We're on a recorded phone line and I'm giving you permission to send it!! The employee who answered my call refused to put the manager on the phone for several minutes...apparently they "manage themselves" and "anyone you speak to is going to tell you what I did". Extremely unprofessional phone demeanor and unacceptable response. THEY ARE HOLDING ONTO MY PROPERTY!! I filed a complaint with corporate following the interaction and heard nothing back. Perhaps it's time to switch carriers.
