    Went in to explore changing phone carriers. Ended up switching to Verizon based on promotions we were promised. LITERALLY NOTHING THIS GUY SAID WAS TRUE OR POSSIBLE. Things that weren't true: phones we chose having full promotional credit (i now have two phone payments) He claimed he could get us a $100 statement credit and waived activation fees- i got nothing but a huge bill. He quoted us a price- i found out my plan was totally wrong and had all kinds of extras on my bill. They didn't even initiate the port properly and one of our phones didn't work until I spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon sorting this out. After weeks of promises and failed communication, this place has proven to be inept and deceptive. Just go online. It cost me MORE to walk in here. You'd think people trying to cling to relevance in an outdated brick and mortar paradigm would have a bit more concern for their job performance.

    i have lived in VT for two decades. i have been with verizon since my first phone as a CHILD. my first apple product as a TEEN was the FIRST gen of airpods from 2016. never in my life have i been as livid as i am now to hear this location is closing. any verizon store i have been to in VT has treated me with the upmost respect, quality service from every single store, which is why i have stayed with verizon. i am LIVID they are laying off employees all across VT and the US. if these stores continue to close around VT i WILL take my business to AT&T or elsewhere. put your money where your mouth is and support your LOCAL businesses in VT because YOU are COMPLICIT in hurting the EMPLOYEES who stayed in VT for VERIZON. and i WILL start to research AT&T if this continues. to ANY verizon employee in VT: i have seen how hard you work in any of these locations. your ethic is ADMIRABLE. best of luck in your next career of CHOICE, and i hope you do not have to leave VT. thanks to anyone who reads this!
