My wife and I recently visited the Verizon store on Shelburne Road in South Burlington, and we were blown away by the impeccable customer service we received from the store manager, Mr. Olivier Twagirakristu. From the moment we walked in, Olivier greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He took the time to truly listen to our needs, patiently answered all of our questions, and presented options in a way that was clear and easy to understand—without any pressure. He treated us not just as customers, but as guests in his store. What truly set Olivier apart was his dedication to ensuring we were completely satisfied. He went above and beyond to handle our specific situation, making a process that can often be stressful feel effortless and even enjoyable. His expertise and personable nature made all the difference. This was, without a doubt, the best retail experience we have ever had.     First experience was great as our associate helped us buy three phones and make the switch from a different provider, but when we returned to set up our new phones, they weren't there. We waited for two hours after they open and they still didn't show up. Who does that?

    Craig was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to help me get a new phone which was desperately needed as my previous phone was not operational and needed for work. I can't say enough thanks to Craig for all his help, especially since I got to the store right at closing time, I'm extremely grateful to have been able to get help with my phone after spending over an hour on the phone with a wonderful tech coach before arriving at the store. I was treated with a great deal of compassion and a great level of professionalism. He even followed up with a phone call the following day to be sure my new phone was working. With such great service I would not want to do business with any other carrier.

    Really exceptional service from the team at Verizon. Drew was top notch and followed through and was very professional. Also Taylor and Dylan were then there to help land the plane when I needed to come back in to tie off a few loose ends. Many reasons why I switched to Verizon from Sprint but great customer service is among the top reasons and this team delivered!
