If it was possible to give this place a negative score, I would. It was actually shocking to me how poor their customer service was on two separate occasions. It's hard to believe that a major company would allow people to work for it who have such a shallow understanding of what basic customer service is.
I had an employee lose his mind at me for saying "this is ridiculous" because I was told by their superiors to go to this specific store and pick up my new phone to which they responded that there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs. I will never step foot in that store ever again.

Walked into a completely empty store to ask about a plan change and how it would affect my bill. Steve was quick to ask “if I knew that I could just do that on the app.” Owing much to the fact that I do not live under a rock I was quite aware of this and came in to clarify what the app was telling me. Being evident that Steve had no interest in this situation and having essentially received an equivalent level of service from a human that one would expect from a chatbot, I opted to just leave and will try a different store in the future.

Stopped in to discuss our business account and has not greeted or acknowledged for 10 minutes. There were only 3 customers in the store. Staff is lukewarm and lacks professional customer service skills. The store manager was working at the time and was the definition of apathy.
If you are forced to use this location, be aware of what to expect.
