Despite there being two employees completely free to help, I quickly found that neither had any idea how to navigate their sales tablet, having to constantly go to their supervisor for basic navigation support. The two employees were also distracted, unwelcoming to me, and constantly cracking jokes about the customer their supervisor was trying to help. After about 20 minutes of watching these two employees try and fail to do their basic job responsibilities, I walked out without upgrading my phone. Why have employees on staff who serve no purpose other than to provide poor customer service and crack jokes about customers? Avoid this location.
