Gabriel, the store manager, was a font of information, so patient and helpful. He figured out on the phone what was wrong, guided me through how to fix it and prevent it in the future and recommended a new inexpensive upgraded plan so I wouldn't run out of data. How very wonderful to have such knowledgeable and friendly help with a real person and not a bot. Cricket rocks!

I simply wanted to update my phone after it broke from a year of use. Cricket wireless web browser can only display phone pricing for "new" customers, the actual price for existing customers is completely off the radar from the first listed price. I haven't been able to access the Max account cricket wireless states I have with the $60 plan. I also just saw another advertisement for an unlimited data plan, but suspect it's also not available for existing customers. What the hell is wrong with the world today! All we do is Pay top dollar for everything and get at slap in the face when we go looking for service that we paid for. We are in a sad sad world these. Days 😢
