Arrived to the store with an appointment, they could not find our appointment. Okay, so they said 30 minutes wait. We waited for two hours, and were asked three times if we were checked in. Overheard that we were next more than once. Then people for later appointments were seen before us. They lost our business.

0 stars if I could due to Craig. The salesperson Craig does not belong working in Customer Service. He is extremely rude and demeaning. Also disrespectful towards to women. My sister who we share a plan with went in to exchange her phone because she didn’t like the new 17 air so she switched to the 17 pro. Craig went on to say: “do you switch phones, like you do boyfriends?” That is awful to say to someone you don’t know and to a customer. We have been with Verizon for 7 plus years. If Verizon respects their women customers, I would recommend getting rid of Craig.
When I heard about what happened so decided to go into the store because I wanted a new watch, I was hoping to get Craig and see if he acted same way because I would of confronted him about it.
I ended up working with Emily. She deserves 5 stars. She was extremely helpful and knows how to treat customers. She explained all the pricing and changes to me and made sure everything worked great and saved me money. She deserves a raise or promotion.

They took my father-in-law for a ride when he lost his phone and not only sold him a top of line product with all accessories did NOT include a warranty but also sold him another entire line. Taking advantage of senior is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING PRACTICE EVEN FOR VERIZON.

On Tuesday July Twenty-second, I entered your store with a certain intention. First let me explain my situation. Two weeks ago my phone a Samsung s23 I've had for two years suddenly started to malfunction. (coincidentally after I had been receiving adverts for updates I am eligible for.... and was nearing the end of paying my phone off) I filed a claim through Asurion which was a big giant runaround and they never ended up sending me a replacement. So, I cancelled my claim with them and decided to go directly to the store. My intention when entering the store was to keep you as a provider but I no longer wanted a high tech or expensive smart phone or my current plan. I wanted a cheap phone that does what a phone does, and obviously a cheaper payment due to the downgrade I am attempting. Now, the gentleman Craig Hally looked up my account. I have been a customer with you for 5 or more years and he informed me I am eligible for multiple upgrades including one for a $1200.00 phone and a $800.00 dollar phone. I told him what I wanted and he didnt seem to listen or offer me any options relating to a simpler phone with simpler plan options. Then I informed him I need time to think about it and I want to just cancel my service of my current phone (which is broken and unusable) and think about it, if I decide I want a provider I will come right back to you here. Now I understand at this point a salesman would be disappointed and expectedly so. Now my next point is not really any gripe with the store but just me expressing my disappointment in the kindness or treatment of someone who "WAS" a loyal customer. I asked him if I could use a phone in the store to make a call to Verizon to cancel my service because obviously my phone isn't functioning, so I don't have to keep getting charged for service I can't use. He said "NOPE, not if you are going to cancel service, only for upgrades." I get that you aren't a store for making phone calls or that that is your job or responsibility. But, really? a guy who has paid your company thousands of dollars and is literally eligible for a $1200.00 phone can't make one phone call? I will share it was this "NO" that gave me all the reason I needed to find a phone as soon as possible and cancel my service with your company. And i will also share I will gladly give you the $200plus dollars you need for me to get out of your web. Please don't spend it all in one place. And thank you for giving me the exact experience i expected and one that I needed to finally get free. I wish all the best to you and your store. My one star is for being open and within an hour of my home.
Respectfully,
Roscoe
