  I was in the store with the below customers, and they were rude, yelling at the man working, shoving themselves ahead of other customers and refusing to move when he tried to help the other customers while this couple was on the phone with customer service. The service is great, Josh was courteous, helpful, and very efficient with getting my phone set up despite internet issues. Will be recommending to my friends to come here for their phone issues

  Dishonest, dismissive, and completely unaccountable. ⭐ 1 Star We traded in our phones on March 18 as part of a promotional upgrade and were told our bill would be $110/month. Instead, we’ve been charged $175 and never received the promotional credit. We visited the store multiple times to fix this and were consistently brushed off. On our last three visits (6/10, 6/17, 6/24), we asked to speak with a manager and were told either that no manager exists or that they were on PTO. Employees gave us conflicting information and no real help. On 7/1, when we returned again to try and resolve the issue, the employee told us we had “waited too long” and that nothing could be done—even though we first raised the issue shortly after the first incorrect bill. When we pressed further, he became verbally aggressive, cursed at us, and told us to leave the store. My wife is 38 weeks pregnant, and the employee’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He later tried to apologize for “snapping” but refused to provide manager contact info—and even gave us private info about another customer. This location has been dishonest, dismissive, and completely unaccountable. We still haven’t received the credit we were promised, and the way we were treated was inexcusable. Avoid this store if you expect fair treatment or honest service.
